Required Qualifications:
High school/GED and three years experience in web design and coding.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in web design, graphic design, computer science or related. Five years related experience.
Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, HTML, and CSS. Demonstrate strong design sense and attention to detail with emphasis on user experience design. Knowledge of current trends and best practices in front-end web design including mobile-first, responsive design, accessibility and UI/UX. Must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work with a team and lead projects to success. Show interpersonal and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Responsible and capable of meeting tight deadlines. Ability to learn new software programs, internet-based systems and adapt to a face-paced environment.
Knowledge of web analytics and tools. Experience with content management systems such as Wordpress, Joomla, Drupal or OmniUpdate. Knowledge of 508/WCAG 2.0 AA accessibility standards.
