JOB TITLE: 

Administrative Intern 

QUALIFICATIONS: 
  1. Mississippi Teacher Certificate 
  1. BS degree in education 
  1. Two years of teaching experience 
  1. Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Board may find appropriate and acceptable 

REPORTS TO: 

Superintendent, or designee 

JOB GOAL: 

To learn, through application and practical experience, the skills necessary for transition from the role of the classroom teacher to administrator. 

PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  1. Under the supervision of a school administrator, assumes assigned responsibilities and duties associated with the leadership and management of a school site. The specific job duties associated with the leadership and management of a school site. The specific job responsibilities will be the same as those designated for the supervising administrator.
