Expo / Expeditors
Your role is to be a conduit between the front of house and back of house and work to make sure the restaurant runs as smoothly as possible. You will clear and reset tables, bring drinks to guests and assist guests.

Old Chicago Pizza (OCP) is a well established, full service restaurant concept that has growth opportunities for team members in a full service casual dining restaurant company focusing on beer, pizza and American food. This restaurant front of house and back of house job for expediter / expeditor will focus on kitchen expo / food prepping and operating between the back and front of house. You will work to ensure food is presentable, work with cooks and servers and be expected to provide efficiency, teamwork and must interact with co-workers in a friendly and thoughtful manner.
