Furniture Assembler
Old Dominion Furniture Company is looking for a highly motivated individual to join our manufacturing team as a Furniture Assembler.
As a Furniture Assembler, typical duties will include the following:
- Receiving daily orders of items to be built
- Using primarily drills and hand tools to assemble various items to service the furniture and front of house needs for restaurants, hotels and hospitality centers.
- Tracking quality standards and working to improve your productivity
- Tracking and reporting inventory as needed
- Occasionally moving within other departments to aid in producing the finished product

This position requires experience working with people in a manufacturing environment. The more experience, the better, but we can train the right individual to fit seamlessly into our program as long as they are willing and motivated to work, retain information, solve problems and follow procedures.
