What You'll Do
- Build strategic partnerships across People & Culture, brand or functional business leaders and other Gap Inc HR partners to develop and execute high impact talent strategies
- Partner with key stakeholders to develop company to brand / function specific talent strategies
- Build & maintain a high performing team
- Build strategic partnerships across HR Business Partners, brand or functional business leaders and other Gap Inc HR partners to develop and execute high impact talent strategies
- Advise, consult and coach leaders to achieve specific business outcomes
- Design, create and facilitate inclusive employee developmental training and experiences to aid in employee growth
- Develop operational plan to curate a productive and quality employee experience that includes budget, high-level plans and metrics that drive the right results
Who You Are
- Continuous learner and possess an organizational savviness to build relationships across the company, understand the business needs and deliver results
- Create with audacity, using your technical experience in adult learning theory and/or instructional design and leadership and functional development
- Solid facilitation and coaching acumen, with strong diagnostic skills in listening, probing and analyzing to translate business demands into development solutions
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and knowledge with e learning tools such as Articulate is a plus
- Develop innovative solutions for complex situations in a fast changing environment; cover a wide range of activities requiring complex judgments
