CENTRAL TITLE DIVISION Job Description: OLD REPUBLIC TITLE We are seeking a supervisor that prides themselves in supervising a small team, providing great customer service and is tech savvy that can easily learn new software platforms. Title industry knowledge is a plus. In this position, you will be responsible for leading the Agent Services team, managing the workflow/workload of the team members, training and answering questions from team members, pulling and loading of Real Property documents, file setup, database scrape and load along with other file support functions to assist the examination team. You will also be creating and delivering reports to management and clients. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: General Duties Monitors the departments phone and e-mail and disburses each accordingly. Handles the departments invoices and billing. Open Order and Delivery Duties: Monitors e-mail and software program(s) for new orders and orders coming from other production units and opens the orders in the system. Pulls the CAD & CAD Map; opens the order in the appropriate plant program and pulls the Property run sheets and uploads all items into the file software. Routes all orders to the various production units. Hyperlinks documents within our products and delivers our products to our clients. Responsible for taking care of updates as needed for our products post-delivery. Reporting Duties: Prepares daily reports for our customers. Prepares daily, weekly and/or monthly reports for internal purposes and as needed/defined. Supervisor Duties: Monitor and approve time sheets and time off requests. Prepare employee production reports. Train employees GENERAL REQUIREMENTS: Ability to work from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Must be personable, positive and a professional representative of the Company. Regular consistent attendance is required, that could include attendance at after hour Company events. Ability to accept supervision. KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Be familiar with using Ramquest/SoftPro/Qualia or other Title Software (Preferred, not required). Ability to learn new software. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Proficient in Microsoft Teams, GoToMeeting, or other virtual meeting software.
