Scope of Position:
Action oriented individual that provides administrative support to company owner. This position requires being organized and working independently, as well as, with company personal, vendors, contractors, and customers.
Duties and Responsibilities (Key Deliverables):
Responsible for general company administration, including but not limited to answering phones, mail and email, ordering supplies, maintaining files, scheduling, timecard, and billing
Puts together itemized bills for jobs, and keeps records
Able to update company website and Facebook page
Provides support for owner and team members

Job Requirements:
Education:
High school diploma or equivalency required
Experience:
1 – 3 years of administrative experience preferred
Functional/Technical Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
Demonstrated ability to communicate to team members in the organization in a way that provides clear and precise information
High level of organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
Proficient in the use of Quickbooks, Microsoft Office tools such as Teams, Sharepoint, Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook
Demonstrated ability to solve problems and act with limited guidance
