Bar Manager/Bartender

Old Town Tap, one of Truckee's most popular restaurants, is looking for an experienced and passionate bar manager/bartender to join our team. We are a fast paced restaurant with an inventive craft cocktail bar program, 16 beers on tap and 12 wines on tap. The bar manager will have the opportunity to create new cocktails for the menu, source new beers and wine and manage the impressive spirit list. Love for our industry is a must!

Duties:
- Oversee the daily operations of the bar, ensuring smooth and efficient service
- Manage and train bar staff, including bartenders and servers
- Develop and implement bar policies and procedures to maintain quality standards
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Create and update drink menus, ensuring a variety of options to cater to different tastes
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Stay updated on industry trends and new products to enhance the bar's offerings

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
