Job Summary

Carries out administrative responsibilities in some or all of the following functional areas: employee relations, departmental development, HRIS, orientation and training, onboarding, and administrative support.
Responsibilities
- Partners with human resources management to maintain a high performing work environment, where employees support each other to ensure the department's effectiveness and employee satisfaction.
- Responsible for handling a range of employee relations issues including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans.
- Provide consistent and fair guidance and support to frontline leadership team and employees in line with company policies and procedures.
- Act as a mediator for workplace issues and conflicts, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Promote various HR programs as necessary to create an efficient and effective work environment.
- Ensure adherence to all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Prepare or update employment records as they relate to transfer, promotion, and termination.
- Support HR generalist functions such as onboarding, offboarding and HR administration tasks as needed.
- Conduct compliance audits and prepare detailed reports.
- Maintains privacy and confidentiality of all employee information.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in HR or related field required.
- Requires 3 years of experience in employee relations, HR compliance, and generalist roles.
- Comprehensive understanding of employment law and HR best practices.
- Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly and maintain confidentiality.
