SummaryEmployee directs and organizes the production operations. The position requires hands on, self stating, organized individual.
Employee maintains the standard policies and procedures of the company.
Oversees all production and warehouse employees.ResponsibilitiesAccomplishes all production requirementsSchedules the next day’s productionMonitors raw material inventory required for productionOrders raw materials for productionLeads in and maintains all safety and plant policiesOversight of production weightsOversight of QualityMaintains required production reportsCoordinates with office on current and future order requirementsMaintains the min / max quantities required for standard productsCoordinates with maintenance to assure efficient running systemsOversees drying operation and raw material requirementsProvides process training for production personnel on operating systemsMaintains a safe, organized, and clean work environmentRequirementsAbility to read and understand warning labels, instructions, signs and similar informationAbility to effectively compile results from the sieve machineAbility to effectively work in a relatively independent mannerAbility to motivate and organize labor with an awareness of safety considerationsAbility to supervise multiple tasks concurrentlyMust be Forklift certifiedWork requires bending to check and adjust machinery as necessary;
