What are the responsibilities and job description for the Warehouse Assest Manager position at Olgoonik Development?
Overview:
The Warehouse/ Asset Manager plays a key role in the electrical construction jobs support and planning process. An effective manager must manage the resources, time, and costs for all our assets to include all company tools, equipment, and vehicles. The warehouse must be managed and organized in a manner that provides the most effective storage, use, transferability, of the asset to the production field personnel.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain overall Tool watch program
o Coordinate and manage delivery of tools & equipment
o Maintain tools & equipment
• Manage and maintain the company fleet of vehicles
o Coordinate and manage registration, safety check renewals
o Coordinate and manage fleet maintenance program
• Manage the Oahu warehouse
o Proper identification and storage of tools and equipment
• Provide oversight and assistance to outer island managers and operations personnel to effectively implement, manage, & maintain
o Toolwatch Program
o Fleet & Vehicle
• Audit both programs as defined in company policy
• Overseeing basic operations, such as receiving, warehousing, distribution, and maintenance of products
• Preparing and completing warehouse orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule
• Performing warehouse inventory controls and keeping quality standards high for audits
• Other duties that may be assigned
