Senior Designer
Job Period: 6 months to start

US Citizenship Required
Physical Work Location State : North Las Vegas

JOB SUMMARY
MSTS would like to have a candidate that has a strong background in electrical/electronics, mechanical, piping and fire protection with experience using CAD, BIM and Revit. This position will require knowledge in design facility and existing remodel. Also, they do prefer candidates be local, but would consider remote with these desired experiences. Senior Designer
Responsibilities include Revit on Architecture, Engineering, Construction (AEC). The position will generate marketing quality media conveying concepts of future AEC programs and projects facilities. Create documents to record progress, completed designs and construction specifications.

DUTIES
Prepare and check design drawings, specifications, calculations, system design descriptions, and standard detail development for industrial and commercial buildings.
Coordinate with architects and multiple engineering disciplines, Build teaming relationship with technical and other company organizations.
Interpret and adapt guidelines for specific cases.
Ensure design deliverables comply with MSTS policies and procedures.
Architecture Technology
BIM Modeling & Drafting – Architecture, Engineering, Construction (AEC)
Engineering Technology (mechanical, electrical, electronics)
Graphic Design
AEC New Media – Virtual Reality, Animation, etc.

QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
• Minimum 7 years’ experience in the field of civil design as related to construction and site development.

Experience:
CADD Operator III HS w/7 years exp.
CADD Operator IV HS w/10 years exp.

Graphic Designer II BS degree w/7 years exp.
Graphic Designer III BS degree w/10 years exp.
Graphic Designer IV BS degree w/12 years exp.

Clearance required
