Olin Corporation is hiring a IT Specialist - SAP Supply Chain to be located at Olin's Headquarters in Clayton, MO (St. Louis area) or a virtual location in the United States. Additional locations may also include Charleston, TN, Houston TX, Freeport, TX, Roberta, GA, McIntosh, AL, St. Gabriel, LA, Plaquemine, LA, Niagara Falls, NY, Downers Grove, IL, Henderson, NV, and Santa Fe Springs, CA.
The IT Specialist - SAP Supply Chain will be part of our Corporate IT team and will support new enhancements, provide post-implementation support and ensure global SLAs are met. This role will also involve solution rollout throughout all phases of the SAP System Development Life Cycle. In this role, you will serve as the interface between the development team and business process owners for the Supply Chain modules of SAP. You will meet with internal business customers to discuss opportunities, challenges, and priorities; perform configuration changes and coordinate programming changes for the SAP Supply Chain modules.
In this role, you will be able to work on best in class SAP Hana environment with a global solution that is consistently being updated and invested in by the business and IT organization.
IT Specialist - SAP Supply Chain Essential Job Functions:
- Stays abreast of SAP releases and new functionality and makes related recommendations to internal business customers and IT management
- Collaborates with internal business customers and other support team members, understanding global business process, plan and implement changes in production environment of SAP S4
- Documents scope and requirements for enhancements, changes, and breakages
- Develops and document detailed requirements
- Performs required configuration changes
- Documents and communicates needed programming changes
- Performs initial testing of enhancements, changes and break-fixes
- Collaborates with internal business customers and other support team members to plan and execute user acceptance testing for new and modified processes and system components
- Ensure that issues are handled end-to-end in terms of integration with other SAP modules
- Liaise with cross-functional project teams - across geographies, on a global scale
- Ensure compliance with Change Control procedures for on-going changes, enhancements and projects and maintain operational procedures around supported environments
- Maintain Document Repository for business and IT processes
IT Specialist - SAP Supply Chain Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree required, Information Technology or Computer Science field preferred
- Minimum 5 years focusing on SAP Inventory Management (IM), Logistics Execution (LE), Warehouse Management (WM).
- Experience with SAP Supply Chain Configuration including but not limited:
- Enterprise Model (virtual and physical plants, terminal, or warehouse setup, shipping points, storage locations).
- Inventory Management / Inventory movement types
- Material Requirements Planning (MRP), Material Master settings (SPK codes; MRP Controllers), MRP Runs, Planned Independent requirements (PIR), Planned Order Upload, Stock Transport Orders (STO) and Plant / Terminal configuration.
- ATP Available to Promise a plus
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work with business, SAP functional, and technical teams
- Good communication and documentation skills
- Up to 10% travel may be required
Preference will be given to candidates with the following skills and/or experience:
- Knowledge of ATP / GATP, integration points with Commercial, Finance, Materials Management, Master Data and Reporting
- SAP support experience
- Global SAP project experience
- Knowledge of S/4 HANA suite of applications
- Knowledge of SAP Solution Manager and ChaRM
- Experience working with outsourced AMS provider

Employees can expect to be paid a salary of approximately $93,100 - $135,000. This salary is only an estimate and may vary based on an applicant's location, market data/ranges, an applicant's skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications, and other relevant factors.
