Join our team as a Senior Process Controls Engineer in Charleston, Tennessee.
Salary: $107,000 - $134,000 plus additional bonus
Schedule: 9/80 Schedule Available

Focus: As a member of our Process Controls team, you will provide support our facility's process control system and data collection assets. You will collaborate with other individuals and teams to establish and achieve goals including spending plans, production, and cost.
Senior Process Controls Engineer essential job functions:
- Serve as a technical resource supporting process controls systems across Operations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve systems, identify opportunities of improvement, and support control system modernizations.
- Oversee projects from ideation phase to completion, including mitigation strategies, implementation plans, system updates, and other Preventative Maintenance tasks.
- Assist with FEL-2 and FEL-3 estimates and engineering by providing plant level knowledge including investigating for required information.
- Coach end-users, develop and maintain training documentation, and collaborate with various application user groups.
Senior Process Controls Engineer minimum requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree* in Engineering
- 4 years' experience in a Process Controls Engineering role
- Experience using DeltaV (DCS) and Allen Bradley (PLC)
- Must be able to obtain a TWIC (Transportation Worker Identification Credential)
- Strong customer service and project management skills
Preferred requirements:
- Prior experience with Process Safety Management
- Prior experience in chemical, petrochemical, or manufacturing industries
