Essential Functions*:
- Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, uncover areas for improvement, and develop and implement solutions.
- Ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements.
- Drive identification of detailed requirements analysis across business units and identify and document systems processes through evaluation of real-time data.
- Serve as a thought leader for technical business processes, and develop forward-thinking systems prototypes that promote increased efficiency and productivity on multiple levels.
- Determine and develop user requirements for systems in production, to ensure maximum usability.
- Perform, evaluate, and communicate thorough quality assurance at every stage of systems development, and perform user acceptance testing.
- Partner with other stakeholder teams across business units (i.e., sales, finance, operations, engineering, security, compliance) to develop necessary analysis and documentation collaboratively, communicating effectively and efficiently.
- Evaluate, analyze, and communicate systems requirements on a continuing basis, and maintain systems processes.
- Author and update internal and external documentation, and formally initiate and deliver requirements and documentation.
- Develop meaningful and lasting relationships with partners for optimized systems integration, and respond to questions and concerns from managers and executives with supporting research and recommendations.
Position Requirements*:
- Bachelor’s degree** required.
- Minimum five years of proven experience in analytics and systems development capacity, data visualization, and development of innovative and impactful systems solutions.
- Advanced technical skills, with highly proficient technical writing capabilities.
- Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills and a track record of following through on commitments with excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Established capabilities in project and user-testing management.
- The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
- Experience with generating process documents and reports including the ability to give presentations on said generated information.
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, Outlook, Visio, Teams, PPM360, PowerBI.
- To succeed in this role, you should have a natural analytical way of thinking and be able to explain difficult concepts to non-technical users.
- This position requires access to ITAR controlled technical data, and as such, employment will be contingent upon the candidate's ability to access ITAR controlled technical data pursuant to an export license approved by the Directorate of Defense Trade Controls, if required
- This position requires successful vetting as an Employee Possessor in accordance with U.S. Department of Justice and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives.
- This position requires successful vetting for unescorted access in accordance with U.S. Army and Department of Defense access policies.
