Oliver Inc. is looking for an experienced, and committed Warehouse Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving customer order execution by leading three shifts crews in charge of safely receiving, stocking, shipping, and logistical/transportation of all products in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities

• Supervises all Shipping and Receiving personnel. Oversees the day-to-day operations of the Department, evaluates employees, and resolves personnel problems.
• Schedules all company trucks and outside trucking company trucks for pickups and delivery.
• Contracts with outside carriers for deliveries; seeks quality of service and best price.
• Follows up on job delivery locations and lost deliveries. Resolves problems regarding shipping.
• Reviews next day's anticipated shipments based on information provided by Production.
• Responsible for overseeing inventory cycle counts to maintain accurate stock levels and minimize discrepancies. Additionally, capable of coordinating monthly and year-end inventory audits to reconcile inventory records and ensure compliance with financial reporting requirements.
• Oversees receiving department and all record keeping and receiving documentation.
• Maintains all Company trucks and vans.
• Ensures safe operation and maintenance of all lift trucks.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings initiatives within the shipping and receiving department, and implement best practices to optimize efficiency and productivity.

Qualifications

• At least five year's supervisor experience in manufacturing environment.
• A broad knowledge of shipping and receiving.
• Ability to maintain an orderly and accurate warehouse bin location system to facilitate efficient picking, packing, and storage of inventory.
• Excel, Word, and ability to learn to use ERP system and FedEx/UPS programs.
• A high school diploma or Associates Degree preferred.
• Forklift Certified
