RESERVATIONIST
DEPARTMENT: Food & Beverage REPORTS TO: Host Manager
Duties & Responsibilities:Maintains constant awareness of table availability in reservation system. Always ensures that menu is up to date and printed before opening of venue. Maintains cleanliness of the office. Answer the phone with a positive attitude and help with guest request. Maintain good relations with guests Appropriately tag all VIP guests in Resy, always verifies the total number of guests in each party. Always demonstrates a pleasant demeanor and a sincere desire to be responsive to guest's needs. Accurately handles reservations and communicates the outlet's hours of operation and encourages guest(s) to reserve a table in another outlet if booked. Refers reservations over 8 to the Manager.
Minimum Qualifications: Must have a high school diploma or G.E.D. Must have experience in a guest contact position. Must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Prior experience as a host/hostess preferred. Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
