Here’s your main responsibility:
You will be responsible for providing customers with outstanding service while representing the store in a positive manner and achieving sales goals while ensuring further business.
These are what you need to do:
- Work closely with customers in which providing outstanding customer service while being aware that selling is a priority.
- Assist customers in making selection from the diverse range of alcoholic beverages.
- Open and Close registers
- Process cash and card payments.
- Resolve customer complaints, issues or concerns satisfactorily.
- Educate customers of product knowledge in relation to features and benefits
- Manage inventory, including stocking and restocking of shelves.
- Assist in displaying of merchandise.
- Build customers’ confidence by offering suggestions.
- Capturing most sold items for inventory and stock.
- Balance cash registers with receipts.
- Attends to customer refunds, returns or exchanges.
- Attach price tags to items on the shop floor.
- Keep the store tidy and clean maintaining proper store presentation.
- Be alert on fraudulent credit cards, shoplifters etc.
- Report problems and discrepancies to the supervisor.
You may be assigned the following:
- Perform special projects and other responsibilities as assigned.
Our expectations from you:
- Abide by payroll policies, procedures (punch in/punch out), Meals and Rest Periods policy and Company Rules of Conduct.
- Demonstrate a working knowledge of all hotel safety and security procedures as required maintaining a secure and safe environment for associates as well as guests.
- Report any unusual occurrences and/or request to the General Manager.
- Read and abide by all the regulations and rules of conduct stated in the employee handbook.
These are what the job requires:
Education: High School education or equivalent experience.
Experience: Customer service, retail sales preferred.
Skills and Abilities: Ability to operate POS.
- Ability to communicate in English. Second language desirable.
- Ability to achieve positive guest relations and maximize guest satisfaction.
- Ability to enforce all company rules and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Knowledge of cash handling and credit transaction procedures.
- Must be 21 years of age or older in order to sell alcoholic beverages in the State of Wyoming

Hours Required: Flexibility. This is a full-time position including weekends and holidays.
