Olsten Staffing is assisting a client in the Lake City SC area in the search for an experienced and eager Home Consultant .

The Home Consultant must provide the most extraordinary experience that all new homeowners deserve. The pay rate will be $12 an hour with commission of sales.

Hours : Monday - Friday

Monday - Friday

9AM-5 : 30PM

Saturday

10AM-4PM

You will have one day off during the week as well as Sundays.

Responsibilities :

  • Maintain customer files and provide timely follow up with buyers
  • The ability to learn and develop expertise in areas such finance mortgage concepts and sales presentation skills.
  • Maintain a high level of integrity throughout the sales process.
  • Show display homes to buyers.
  • Build trust while meeting the needs of all the potential buyers.
  • Always exceed customer expectations and honor commitments.

Qualifications :

  • Strong Verbal Communication Skills
  • Able to Excel and Contribute to a Team Environment
  • Reliable and Dependable
  • Professional Demeanor and Appearance
  • Understanding of the Retail Work Environment
  • Able to Obtain the Appropriate Manufactured Homes Sales Licensing
