What are the responsibilities and job description for the OluKai Accounting Clerk position at OluKai-Kaenon-melin-Roark?
This position is responsible for posting cash receipts and payments that are performed manually or electronically, assisting with daily remits, monitoring, taking responsibility of expedient and accurate posting of received payments and handling all other tasks as assigned.

Posting cash daily for all brands using the portals below:
- Various ACH payments
- Lockbox
- Bank of the West Portal
- net
- Shopify
- Amazon (done twice a month)
- PayPal (USD and CAD)
- AfterPay
- Month end cash reconciliation
General Knowledge and Skills Requirements:
- Proficient in Excel
- Strong Organizational Skills
- Detail Oriented
- Critical Thinking and Problem Solving
- Experience with FileZilla a Plus
- Experience with Payment Portals a Plus (Shopify, PayPay, Amazon, etc.)
- Experience with Full Circle a Plus
- The hourly rate range for this position is $16.00 to $21.00; the hourly rate is based on the experience that you bring to the position
