Entry Level Production Worker
Salary
$18.00 - $21.00 an hour
Entry Level Responsibilities :
Forklift Operation
Material Handling
Responsible for reading and understanding work orders / job tickets to determine set up specifications and instructions
Load, observe, and monitor machine operations; including the glue system and other raw materials to ensure appropriate levels
Routine standing, bending, lifting and good manual dexterity skills
Other duties and tasks as assigned
Meet budgeted performance objectives
Entry Level Requirements : (We are looking for good people to train into this career)
- High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) is required
- Ability to lift 0 - 50 pounds, stand for 8-12 hours per day, walk frequently.
- Have good attitude and work ethic
Good Attendance is a MUST
You should be proficient in :
- Machine Setups for Production Runs
- Blueprint Reading
- Quality Inspection Experience
- Lean Manufacturing Principles
- Experience in a Manufacturing Environment
