Outbound Marketing Specialist
Olympus Home is seeking an enthusiastic person to join our Marketing team. As an Outbound
Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for setting appointments and consultations for the services offered by Olympus Home (primarily solar installations, roofing inspections, and gutter installations). Perspective customers come to us by way of marketing campaigns as well as lists of potential customers that have been impacted by weather events. Our full training library as well as additional training will be provided to give you an understanding of the products and services we offer to allow for easier conversions. This role is an integral part of our future, and as such we are seeking someone that is looking to build a career at Olympus Home, instead of just looking for a job.
Key responsibilities are (but not limited to):
● Learn base knowledge on our products and services.
● Contact potential customers from advertising campaigns as leads arrive.
● Contact prospective customers from contact lists to schedule appointments for inspections/consultations.
● Reach out to prior customers to upsell additional services,obtain reviews and seek referrals.
● Assist with solar data input using an intuitive software for rough panel layout (our software makes learning this very easy)
● Assist with customer input into our CRM from inbound leads.
● Document conversation points as notes within our CRM system.
● Work with CMO on strategies for increased conversions on outbound marketing efforts.
In this role you will work closely with our CMO for continued improvement and sales coaching.

Qualifications:
● Energetic attitude and a desire to excel
● Outgoing personality and a willingness to speak with people
● While there will be ongoing training/coaching, we are looking for someone who is self motivated and takes initiative.
● Sales experience (especially phone sales experience) is a plus, but not required.
● Proficient computer skills and an ability to learn new software.
● Reliable transportation as this is not a remote position.
