Project Manager
The Project Manager that will ensure on-time, on-budget, and on-scope delivery of critical technical and strategic projects. They will be responsible for tracking the progress of the project(s), identifying risks, developing reports on progress, milestones and budget, and effectively communicating to program and project stakeholders. This position will mentor and develop less experienced team project managers. Provide input into project methodology framework and toolset maturity efforts. Responsible to the Executive Sponsor and the Manager of PMO and BTBS Portfolio for successful delivery of the overall project objectives
Project Identification & Planning: Accountable to collaborate across all functions to facilitate the identification, scoping and planning of new and potential technical and/or strategic projects. Projects would be of a higher complexity, lasting in duration anywhere from nine months to multiple years.

Project Manager

Project Identification & Planning: Accountable to collaborate across all functions to facilitate the identification, scoping and planning of new and potential technical and/or strategic projects. - Ensure intersections, dependencies, and deliverables are communicated and reported
- Provide input to and assist BTBS management with the development of individual and overarching project schedules to ensure cohesion in the event of project overlap.
- Facilitate the development of resource requirements, cost benefits analysis, future state design, progress reporting & presentations, etc. for assigned project
- Coordinate the processes, procedures, budget and monitoring
- Support projects proactively to identify and mitigate potential risks
- Respond to issues that require support to correct
- Plan and collaborate to eliminate/minimize resourcing conflicts
Required:
- Bachelor¿s degree in Management Information Systems, computer science, engineering, business management or related field or a combination of education and work experience that provides the necessary skills to perform the essential job functions.
- Minimum of 3-5 years formal project management experience of critical technical and strategic projects .
- Subject matter expert with processes and systems within a project function
- Understanding of Information Technology field and new business enabling technologies
- Ability to work with multiple vendors/professional services to deliver on-time/ on-budget projects
- Experienced in various project management methodologies and tools including Agile/Scrum or other iterative development frameworks.
- Project management certification
- Prior experience project managing > $1M projects with project teams of 8 or more
