We are seeking a Customer Service Representative whose priority is to promptly satisfy customer requirements. We are especially looking for a candidate with the goal of becoming a rigging specialist! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries (phone, email, in-store sales counter)
- Provide information about the products and services
- Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
- Document customer records based on interactions
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, parts, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Able to lift 50-lbs
