What You’ll Do:
- Train with employees to master core, mold, melt, and pour procedures.
- Implement continuous improvement strategies and “5S” methodologies.
- Assist in reducing scrap and improving preventative maintenance of equipment.
- Communicate with management to enhance quality and productivity.
What We’re Looking For:
- High School diploma or GED required; leadership training and forklift experience are a plus.
- Strong communication and multitasking abilities.
- Reliable attendance, willingness to work flexible hours, and ability to work well in a team.
