Job Summary:
Join our team as a Packer where you will play a vital role in our warehouse operations. As a Packer, you will be responsible for efficiently and accurately packing orders, ensuring quality control, and supporting the overall flow of our warehouse operations.
Responsibilities:
- Pack orders accurately and efficiently according to packing lists and quality standards.
- Perform quality control checks on packed orders to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to operate packing equipment effectively.
- Assist in warehouse management tasks such as inventory organization and stock replenishment.
- Collaborate with the shipping/receiving team to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Operate heavy equipment, if required, to support warehouse operations.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience as an Order Picker or Packer is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain quality control standards.
- Basic mechanical knowledge for operating packing machinery is a plus.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems is advantageous.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate with supervisors and team members.
- Capability to work both independently and as part of a team.
