We are seeking an Office Manager to join our team!

About us: Omega Technology Solutions is a Managed IT Service Provider specializing in Innovative IT Advisory and Leadership Services to organizations nationwide. We offer value-driven solutions above and beyond managing and operations, security, and a full range of IT support services. Our IT Advisory approach enables us to provide leadership to our clients in a complex rapidly changing IT environment.

We are looking for an Office Managers with operations skills to organize and coordinate administration duties and office procedures. Our Ideal candidate will have a solid background managing all areas of day to day operations. A motivational management and leadership style that promotes effective processes, staff development and collaboration.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Assisting the Executive Team with day to day operations.
  • Project Schedule Coordination
  • Financial Reporting & Invoicing
  • Meet and greet guests/visitors as well as answer Billing related calls.
  • Work within our PSA Tool to manage Inventory & Procurement
  • Assist and coordinate operational needs with Sales
  • Maintain files
  • Oversee office supply purchases
  • All other related tasks as assigned

Requirements Include:

  • Prior Office Management experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular)
  • A high level of proficiency with Quickbooks / bookkeeping
  • Professional and ethic, ensuring day-to-day operations are completed
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent customer services
  • Self-starter, looking to consistently improve upon self-skills
  • Interpersonal and vendor relations
  • Proven record of good attendance and punctuality
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of organization

Compensation: $20 - $25/hour, commensurate with verifiable experience and education

*MUST be able to pass a criminal background check*

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

  • Office management: 5 years (Required)
  • Purchasing: 1 year (Required)
  • Project scheduling: 1 year (Required)
  • Accounts receivable: 1 year (Required)
  • Payroll management: 1 year (Required)
  • ConnectWise: 1 year (Preferred)
