Key Enrollment Representative Responsibilities:
- Engage directly with customers, professionally addressing concerns and offering solutions through our products and services
- Serve as a liaison between clients and consumers to facilitate new service enrollments
- Maintain a personable yet professional demeanor in all customer interactions
- Share product knowledge and upgrade opportunities to enhance the customer experience
- Collaborate with a dynamic sales and Enrollment Representative team in a team-oriented environment to improve sales metrics
- Accurately document customer information and service enrollments for record-keeping and compliance
- Provide timely follow-ups with customers to ensure continued satisfaction and resolve any ongoing issues
- Stay informed about the latest product offerings, industry trends, and competitor activity to provide well-rounded customer insights
- Assist with troubleshooting and support for any customer service inquiries related to service setups or upgrades
- Actively contribute to the team by sharing customer feedback and insights to improve overall processes
Qualifications We Look For In An Enrollment Representative:
- High School Diploma or GED (preferred)
- Previous experience in enrollment, customer service, sales, client relations, or a similar client-facing role is highly valued
- Strong communication skills with the ability to speak clearly, effectively, and professionally to a variety of customers
- Demonstrated success in building and maintaining customer and client relationships
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail when handling customer accounts and service records
- Problem-solving mindset, with the ability to think on your feet and provide solutions in real-time
- Ability to adapt quickly to changes in product offerings or customer needs
- Team-oriented attitude, with the ability to collaborate effectively and share knowledge with colleagues
- Reliable transportation to and from work
