Rapidly growing management company in need of one full-time employee to manage portfolio of homeowners' associations, and condominium associations. The portfolio consists of communities located in Central Ohio, consisting of Franklin County and all counties adjacent to Franklin County. The successful candidate will be a very organized, personable individual with good computer skills, strong communications skills, and the ability to work well with individuals having a diverse range of personalities. Experience in association management with CAI certification, is strongly preferred. This job includes periodic evening hours for attendance at meetings. Based in a great work environment in family-oriented workplace where we care about the balance between work and home life demands; flexibility in work hours; no weekend hours; main office conveniently located to I-71 just south of Grove City; this job includes partial work-from-home hours for the right candidate.
