Chosen candidates will be responsible for working with project teams on the installation of fast-paced projects. Projects include commercial access control and IP video projects. Candidates should hold a current low voltage or high voltage license. A strong track record and team player attitude is required.  Candidates must be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and well-organized. A strong understanding of TCP/IP is desired. Certifications and training in access control, video and intrusion systems, including fire systems, is preferred. Key workflows and requirements include:

• Must have at least three (3) years of full-time experience as an installer or service technician
• Required to have had experience in the commercial and residential service and installation of:
• Fire, security, CCTV, and access control systems
• System programming and commissioning
• IP-based security systems
• Must hold a valid Connecticut or New York low-voltage license (L6 or C6)
• Must be willing to participate in emergency on-call rotations
• Must be willing to travel
• Must be willing to stay overnight in hotels 2-3 nights per week (accommodations provided by company)
• Strong verbal and written communication ability
• Ability to work independently or as a team player
• Valid driver’s license needed
• Requires completion of a detailed background check
