Position Title: Dispatcher
Reports to :Dispatch & Reservations Manager
Employment Status: Full-Time/Part-time/On-Call
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Essential Duties
Omni Limousine, Inc. is the leader in Las Vegas luxury transportation and guest experience. The primary responsibility of the Dispatcher is to receive/relay instructions pertaining to transportation orders for
Chauffeurs. This position collaborates with Reservation Agents to ensure Professional Chauffeurs have the necessary information to complete trips successfully and on-time. All responsibilities are to be performed in accordance with all laws and regulations, as well as Omni Limousine Las Vegas policies and procedures.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities - Includes, but not limited to:
- Dispatching chauffeurs, work crews, vehicles, or equipment to appropriate locations according to predetermined schedules, customer requests or immediate needs
- Using telephones, two-way radios, or text messages to contact employees or emergency personnel
- Speaking with supervisors or customers to resolve problems, requests for services or equipment
- Preparing daily work such as schedules and trip details
- Be punctual and organized
- Maintain professionalism and friendly demeanor at all times
- Possess excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Work cooperatively with a team
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism with clients
- Note exceptions and pertinent information in electronic trip logs
- Become aware of company and property services
- Retain knowledge of local geography and routes
- Notify internal departments or authorities of accidents and emergencies involving areas of responsibility when necessary
- Read, analyze, and interpret documents such as safety rules, policy and procedure manuals, maps, and other related documents
- Using operational software, schedule, assign, and dynamically adjust assignments to ensure on-time service
- Ensure all Omni Limousine standards are implemented and applied
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Skills
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with others under any type of condition
- Excellent clerical and organizational skills to keep track of schedules, routes, and personnel
- Knowledge of computers for scheduling and other dispatching duties
- Ability to multitask with different, and sometimes conflicting, events happening at the same time
- Ability to work under stress and remain calm and to calm other people during rapidly changing circumstances
- Ability to relay information in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to read and write in English.
- Present a polished appearance and demeanor
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong computer proficiency in Microsoft Office™ (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Workspace™ (Gmail, Google Calendar, Drive, Docs)
- Ability to obtain & maintain full knowledge and understanding of company and department rules and regulations, policies, and procedures

- Problem-solving skills
Preferred
- Geographical knowledge of the Las Vegas Valley
- Working knowledge of FASTTRAK™
- Previous transportation dispatch experience
Education and Experience
- High school diploma or GED
- One to two years of experience

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Rotating weekends
- Weekends as needed
