They are currently looking to add a Sales Support Specialist to their growing team.

Opportunity for Growth

multiple departments, such as upper level management, customer service, scheduling, shipping, and purchasing.

Answer the phone and assist customers with anything they may need.

Perform data entry and research on market trends along with other sales and office administrative duties.

Send invoices to customers and track Bill of Materials.

Assist with marketing material used for a variety of applications, such as trade shows and social media.

Requirements for the Sales Support Specialist include :

A high school diploma.

Global shop experience highly preferred.

Experience with Excel.

Excellent communication skills.

2-5 years of Office Administration experience.

U.S. Citizenship.
