Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- New Project Setup (ensuring all drawings and paperwork are properly saved in electronic files)
- Document Control (downloading, saving, and issuing drawings)
- Updating Multiple Spreadsheets (detailing schedule & efficiency trackers)
- Maintain an intimate knowledge of the status of all projects in the schedule
- Following up with engineering personnel to make sure deadlines are met
- Timesheet Review
Qualifications
Required skills:
- Working accurately and efficiently under pressure
- Good verbal and written communication skills with co-workers and customers
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Must be self-motivated, willing to accept responsibility, and follow through
- Very good multi-tasking and organizational skills
- Strong problem solving, organizational, time management and communication skills are a must due to daily interactions with management and engineering personnel
- Ability to work with minimum supervision, ability to change direction as needed and be flexible to address urgent situations as they occur
- Must be accurate, possess keen attention to detail, and proactive in pointing out potential issues
- Team player with the ability and willingness to learn
- Extremely responsible and punctual with deadlines
- Willing to work overtime
Preferred skills:
- Knowledgeable in interpreting structural drawings and contract documents
