Who are we looking for?
The VP, Infrastructure – Experience Operations is responsible for the technology enabling our employees and the observability center monitoring our customer and employee experiences. The VP is a process-oriented thinker with the ability to translate strategy into execution. How much experience are we looking for?
You may be hired as an AVP, VP or SVP based on your depth of skill and breadth of experience.
What does this position pay?
Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location.
The expected range for this role is $210,00 to $250,000, annualized base compensation. Please note this range is an estimate and actual may vary based on qualifications and experience. This role is bonus eligible.
What will you do?
- Responsible for our employee’s technology experience (endpoints, network, and service experiences)
- Establish and maintain a service oriented, customer focused infrastructure function that supports ongoing operations that drive efficiency, quality, customer service and growth
- Responsible for the leadership and culture of an IT organization, including the hiring, training and professional development of individual contributors and leaders, motivating, and inspiring the team to achieve success
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive monitoring program, ensuring immediate response and remediation of potential issues and threats. Monitoring is inclusive of our employee experience and our SaaS platforms for our customers.
- Design metrics and standards across all end-to-end internal information technology processes to ensure effective monitoring of the completeness, accuracy, timeliness, and cost of IT services; analyze metrics to discover trends and opportunities to enhance efficiency and security
- Develop and evolve IT policies and procedures to protect Company assets, comply with government, regulatory and contract requirements, and applicable technology frameworks, and ensure a well-controlled IT environment while supporting XIFIN’s IT needs, security standards, and third-party audits and certifications.
- Ensure that teams deliver on regular patching, security updates and remediations, upgrades, projects, jobs, and tasks on time, within budget, to customer satisfaction and to company standards
- Partner with procurement on contract negotiations with IT vendors, contractors, and service providers
What education and experience do you need?
A combination of the following education and experience factors will be considered:
- BS in Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline
- MBA with an emphasis on Technology
- In depth people leadership experience, coupled with demonstrated expertise in broad results-driven IT organization
- Experience building, scaling & monitoring infrastructure for a distributed organization
- Experience leveraging PaaS & SaaS capabilities to improve organizational velocity
- Strong knowledge and experience of cloud migration and cloud services
- Demonstrated experience with PHI or in high data security environments
- Demonstrated experience with NIST Cybersecurity Framework, NIST guidance and IT and security best practices
