POSITION SUMMARY
The Treasury Manager ensures an efficient banking structure to support the company’s global operations to secure, manage and maintain adequate liquidity and capital for operational and strategic projects: addresses risks and issues, safeguards company assets. Supports all aspects of Treasury operations activities: develops cash management banking solutions for all segments of the company and cash forecasting process. Establishes and maintains strong relationship with banking partners.

COMPENSATION
Starting Annual Salary: $119,267
FLSA Status: Exempt, Not Eligible for Overtime
Eligible for Participation - Annual Discretionary Bonus

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist with banking administration, treasury compliance and regulation functions
Contribute to and develop effective global cash management strategies and systems; leads initiatives
Support cash forecasting process; develop reliable cash forecasting models that incorporate past and current activity: actual and anticipated cash inflows and outflows, as a basis for effective cash management strategies
Evaluate new banking products and services
Ensure accurate maintenance of bank account, balance, bank/treasury systems and bank cost information
Manage bank reporting with respect to the revolving line of credit and other debt relationship
Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual bank reporting, including: debt covenant compliance, certification letters and supporting calculations
Collaborate with BROE Treasury to improve the efficiency of the cash management process and serve as backup
Leverage ACH and other non-check payment processes; including automating payment uploads and improving the efficiency and cycle time of vendor payment process
Build strong relationships with banking partners to become their first point of contact
Model, implement and drive effective fuel and interest rate hedging strategies
Own, administer and serve as the key point of contact for Concur expense management system; responsible for expense audits and driving process improvements
OTHER DUTIES
Collaborate with accounts payable and procurement to improve the cash management process
Support Standby Letters of Credit and bank guarantees requirements
Perform other duties and projects as assigned

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field
4 years’ corporate treasury/cash management or banking experience
Time management; proactive, self-directed multi-tasker to meet tight strict deadlines and deliver on commitments
Strong interpersonal skills; effectively work with cross-functional teams
Excellent analytical, financial and modeling skills
General knowledge of US GAAP accounting and reporting requirements
Experience preparing and delivering executive level presentations
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; effectively converse with all levels of the company, customers and business associates
Intermediate computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite; advanced Excel and Power Point skills
Professional integrity and accountability
Work in fast-paced, collaborative environment
REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS AND LICENSES
Certified Treasury Professional (CTP)
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
Previous experience in Rail Transportation, Supply Chain Logistics, Manufacturing and/or Oil and Gas industries
Experience with NetSuite, Celigo, and/or Blackline, Concur
MBA
