General Description
OMW Corporation is a highly respected contract manufacturing company specializing in precision machining of custom metal and plastic parts for some of the world’s largest aerospace, electronics, and healthcare companies. We’ve been in business for over 25 years, own our own building, and are rapidly growing. We are looking for another team member to join us full time and long term.
Industry experience is desirable, but we would be willing to train an entry level applicant with significant aptitude. You will be working closely with our Production Manager, Quality Manager and Senior Machinists to support production of manufactured parts. Note that in your role, you will be required to carefully and consistently follow sometimes complex written procedures (training will be provided).
Duties include:
- Fabrication of precision assemblies, including installing fasteners, thread inserts, standoffs, pins and other hardware.
- Assembly of small components, sometime utilizing a stereo microscope.
- Part marking and ink stamping
- Some part deburr (light finishing with files, sand paper, scrapers, etc.)

- Ability to communicate with written and verbal English language
Compensation based on experience.
