Pay rate: $23.00 -$ 28.00

Benefits: Eligible for complete benefits package after 90 days

Overview/Summary:

The Supervisor will perform tasks associated with the process of day to day operations management, communication liaison between various levels of management, supervisory related responsibilities. This may require working on multiple tasks during a working shift. We are seeking candidates who have a high attention to detail and a commitment to safety. Training will be provided and opportunities for advancement exist.

What You Will do:

Duties & Responsibilities include:

Responsible for the day-to-day supervision/management of the onsite SOW related to Company requirements .

Coordinate, support and lead team of your employees acting as a single point of contact for customer key stakeholders and company off-site management

Provide training and development as well as back-up to associates for required tasks

Create and maintain: SOW’s, SOP’s, and KPI’s

Perform administrative duties such as providing performance management input, timecard review and vacation scheduling

Provide and/or present Company with SOW and inventory metrics and data analysis

Support on-site services as needed

Participate in Safety Audits .

Requirements:

Candidates must be safety oriented and always adhere to all basic safety standards

Must have a minimum of HS Diploma or GED, preferred 2 year degree

Must have a high attention to detail

Excellent communication skills and the ability to follow written work instructions are a must

Excellent Computer skills, SAP required

Must be able to work as part of a team

Physical requirements include standing, bending, and lifting up-to 55 pounds, repeatedly at times

Must be able to operate pallet jacks, dock leveler, gas fork truck, and standup fork truck

Candidate must successfully complete background, physical, & drug screenings for consideration
