On Care Family Health is a small privately owned primary care, located in Cicero NY. This is a beautiful new primary care office serving ages 5 and up. Our goal is to make patients feel welcomed, heard, and manage all of their healthcare needs.

- ABOUT THE POSITION:
- Schedule is Tuesday, Friday, 2 Saturdays/mo.
- Responsible for obtaining complete medical histories, performing physical examinations, ordering appropriate diagnostic tests for patients, interpretation of lab results, and patient education.
- This person will work in collaboration with the owning provider- NP, in providing diagnostic and treatment services to patients.
- Will assess, diagnose, and develop a plan of care in accordance with practice protocols

ABOUT THE PRACTICE:
- The candidate will work in a small but busy Family Practice office that delivers comprehensive patient care
- Fast paced family practice with many opportunities for growth.
- This is an NP owned practice and the candidate will collaborate and work with the NP/Owner
- State of the art, brand new facility with on site lab services to streamline visits for patients.
- Athena is the EMR utilized in office
REQUIREMENTS:
- NYS licensed/registered NP (NYS NP specialty area of certification must be consistent with practice).
- Must have NPI number and board certification through AANP, or ANCC
- Minimum 3-5 years previous NP experience in primary care or acute care is preferred but not required.
- Compassionate provider, willing to listen to patients and teach patients and their families.
