Mammoth Services is looking for a full-time Maintenance Coordinator to join our team in Gilbert, AZ!

This role will be pivotal in ensuring work orders are estimated accurately, scheduled timely and in line with quality and efficiency standards.
Job Responsibilities:
- Proficiently use new technology systems to manage and complete projects
- Estimate time, cost, and extent of repairs using our proprietary technology
- Present estimates to clients and negotiate as needed to get bids approved
- Manage vendor relationships
- Drive competitive pricing to ensure quality standards are met
- Complete work orders and/or projects in a timely fashion
- Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Coordination, dispatch, or customer service experience
- 1 year(s) in the Maintenance (or related) field
- Sales experience preferred
- Strong multi-task, prioritization, and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Customer Service Focused
- Ability to adapt to new technology, software, and systems swiftly
