Job Posting for Experienced Heavy Duty Service Advisor at On-Site Fleet Services of Florida

We are currently adding a qualified Heavy Duty Service Advisor to our team. Our Service Advisors MUST be customer service oriented and have a passion to please!! Building relationships with our customers, old and new, is a vital part of the success of our company; being able to listen and understand the customer's concerns and effectively set and manage the customer's expectations is key. MUST have Expert Level Experience with Fullbay software

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Answer phone calls, greets customers
  • Ascertain Heavy Duty Truck problems and services by listening to customer's description of symptoms and clarifying description of problems
  • Develop estimates by costing materials, supplies, and labor; and writes-up repair orders
  • Heavy Duty Truck knowledge or experience
  • Exceptional communication skills to work with technicians, management and other staff to meet and exceed customer expectations as a team
  • Write up customer's vehicle problems accurately and clearly on a service input card and verify customer information.
  • Establish customer's method of payment. Obtain credit approval, if necessary.

Qualifications/Skills:

  • MUST have Expert Level Experience with Fullbay software
  • High School Diploma or GEDOrder Entry and Basic Microsoft Knowledge
  • Heavy Duty Parts Experience/Knowledge

  • A good Florida Driving Record is absolutely necessary
  • Candidate must also be able to perform the physical requirements of the position with or without reasonable accommodations
