We are looking for existing branches or experienced self-generating originators or aspiring branch managers anywhere in the state of Maryland.

· 100% Independent

· Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac & Ginnie Mae Direct Lender with the ability to service their own loans.

· Common-sense in-house processing and underwriting with a 24-hour turnaround time, as well as a help desk to call in and discuss loan scenarios.

· Aggressive "Best of Class" compensation plan with multiple options.

· Marketing: We have a dedicated marketing department that promotes your targeted marketing message along with a strategic K.I.T. (keep in touch) program to continually keep you top of mind with your valued clients and referral partners. This includes the ability to "co-brand".

Required- in order to be considered

Three to Five years of mortgage sales experience, originating conventional and government real estate mortgage loans.
