More about your primary tasks:
Review and monitor detailing services.
Making sure teammates have the tools and resources they need to get work completed according to our 5-star standards of service.
Work with adminstrative departments and account managers to make sure quality is maintained.
Work closely with the executive team to make sure all teammates are up to date with industry advancements, new services, and equipment knowledge.
Maintain client experience and satisfaction.
Assist teammates with daily services as needed.
Ensure that locations are opened and closed properly.
