On Time Staffing is seeking a Warehouse Training Team Lead for our client, Neovia Jeffersonville! Hiring immediately!
Starting pay rate: $20 an hour

Shifts:
- Monday - Friday Some Saturdays mandatory over time
Some flexibility on working varied hours.
Job Description: Follow standard work processes to train new hires. Perform quality audits and communicate with supervisors on progress of trainees. Lead training sessions on Safety and Quality. Maintain training logs on each new hire. Warehouse training experience helpful.
Job Requirements:
- Willing to work flexible hours when needed.
- Become a subject matter expert in the training material.
- Excellent communication and group management skills.
- Work on the floor when not training new hires.
