As a Registered Nurse YOU will:
- Build positive relationships throughout the home health team and community.
- Work closely with patients, families and physicians to provide a personalized care experience by assessing individual needs.
- Train others on new principles and methodologies of care to incorporate in clinical practices.
- Maintain records and confidentiality regarding all aspects of a patient care.
- Initiate and revise care plans, supervise and monitor CNAs and CMAs to meet the needs of patients.
- Administer medications, maintain records and ensure care is provided to enhance the lives of our residents and meet state and federal guidelines.
Outstanding Registered Nurse Candidates Will Have:
- An active RN license in the state or hold a compact state license.
- Current CPR Certification.
- An active driver’s license, acceptable driving record and access to reliable transportation.
- Be able to independently lift 30lbs.
