Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic Retail Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for retail, excellent communication skills, and a customer-centric approach.

We are looking for people who can work either part-time or full-time and we are flexible about shifts. We need employees during the daytime that can help us sort and process incoming items and run register, and we need employees to help close the store in the evenings. There is currently a large potential for growth at this store, with both keyholders and managers needed. We do ask that you work one weekend shift per week.

Responsibilities:

- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Meet and exceed sales targets through effective sales techniques
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Assist with stock replenishment and merchandising
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems efficiently
- Demonstrate excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively

Experience:

- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic retail operations
- Strong customer service orientation
