The Sales Business Analyst will have responsibility for business analytics and reporting for the Onco360 sales team. This position will use a combination of data and technical skills to deliver meaningful insights. This position will drive reporting, tracking and support of KPIs within the sales organization expanding functionality within the Creatio.com application.

Sales Business Analyst Major Responsibilities:
- Supports the sales management team in planning, creating, and executing the company’s strategic initiatives.
- Develop insightful reporting of information from disparate data sets to support forecasting and territory analysis.
- Works cross functionally to develop detailed reporting and KPIs to help guide the management team with implementing proactive actions to increase efficiencies and productivity.
- Help maintain and develop Creatio.com providing reporting and support for the system end users as required including training the managers and end users.
- Complete projects through utilization of different types of BI tools, analysis software, CRM software, and other technologies
- Determine how changes to team structure will affect the business and systems and provide recommendations and solutions.
- Effective project management adhering to established timelines.
- Responsible for commission and SPIF reporting ensuring accuracy of payouts.
Sales Business Analyst Position Qualifications:
- Education/Learning Experience
- Required: Bachelor’s degree in an analytic field (operations management, business, finance, computer science)
- Work Experience
- Required: 2 years in business analytics or finance
- Desired: Specialty pharmacy/medical experience
- Skills/Knowledge
- Required: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Advanced skillset in Microsoft Excel. Experience with SQL coding or other ETL tools. 2 years of experience with CRM systems
- Desired: Experience in Microsoft BI. Experience in Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint
- Behavior Competencies
- Required: Strong internal customer focus and interpersonal skills. Ability to adapt to change, learn quickly, and to creatively solve problems. Extremely organized with great attention to detail. Team player. Minimal travel required (10%).
