Description

As the EHS Manager, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and overseeing comprehensive EHS programs. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. You will conduct inspections, prepare reports, and develop emergency response plans while collaborating with senior management to set EHS goals. This role demands a proactive approach to risk management and safety compliance.

• Develop and implement EHS programs aligned with organizational goals.
• Ensure adherence to all environmental, health, and safety regulations.
• Conduct EHS training and regular safety inspections.
• Maintain EHS documentation and prepare accident reports.
• Perform risk assessments and create mitigation strategies.
• Develop emergency response plans and maintain safety equipment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health, Safety Engineering, Occupational Health, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in EHS, preferably in manufacturing.
• Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) preferred.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA standards and environmental management systems.
