- Lead the transportation discipline for the region, setting process standards and providing technical guidance.
- Review project scopes and budgets to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
- Support staff throughout project stages, from design to final submissions.
- 12 to 15 years of experience in project management within transportation engineering.
- Professional Engineer (P.E.) license required.
- Proven experience managing clients, internal staff, and complex transportation projects.
- Expertise in highway and transportation design.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to set and enforce design standards.
