A facility in Oneonta, NY is looking for a Skilled Nursing Home Supervisor.

REQUIREMENTS:
- NY State License
- AHA BLS
- Minimum 2 years direct experience
- Minimum 2 years long term care clinical experience
- BSN preferred
- Travel experience preferred

ASSIGNMENT DETAILS:
Start date : 01/29/2024
13-week contract
37.50 hrs/week
3x12.50, Nights, 6:30p-7:30a, Fri-Sun
Caregivers are expected to make up any missed shifts within same pay period or following pay period, with the exception of mandated medical quarantine or at managers discretion.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Communicating with patients, nurses, other healthcare professionals, family members, and visitors
- Ensuring quality healthcare for all patients
- Guiding and advising nursing staff with clinical instructions
- Supervising and supporting nursing staff
- Reporting nursing activity to senior management
- Communicating updated information to departments and staff
