Salary Range: 46,700.00 - 70,100.00 Salary
This compensation range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.
The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.
At One Call, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.

The role is responsible for creating, writing, proof reading and editing exceptional written documentation and content for multiple audiences and multiple stakeholders.
In this role, you will work with teams that may be comprised of Operational Directors, Contract Negotiators, Project Managers, Consultants, Marketing, Sales Support, Service Delivery, Accounts Payable and IT Services.
Technical writing projects may include external - facing manuals, RFP or audit responses, or development of RFP messaging and content, including the organization and appropriate presentation of business requirements.
The position requires effective scheduling, researching and writing skills, and will require you to work independently and as a part of a team.
Intermediate professional role.
Moderate skills with high level of proficiency.
Writes a variety of moderate articles, reports, brochures, and/or manuals for documentation for a wide range of uses.
Keep informed of product development activities to determine the need for revisions, corrections, and changes in previously printed materials.
Work under general supervision with latitude for independent judgment.
May consult with senior peers on certain projects.
Typically requires four or more year's demonstrated experience in technical/business writing.

GENERAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Write clearly, concisely, and precisely.
Ability to distill complex information into actionable knowledge that readers can use. - Ability to collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to determine specific content and confirm accuracy and usability for effective documentation.
- Knowledge of and ability to establish and maintain standards, best practices, and templates required to assist SMEs in creation of documentation.
- Assist with the establishment and revision of style guidelines, templates, and standards for texts and illustrations to meet business needs.
- Be able to select the proper support visuals needed to enhance the written word.
- Organizes material and completes writing assignments according to set standards regarding order, clarity, conciseness, style, and terminology; may maintain records and files of work and revisions; may select photographs, drawings, sketches, diagrams, and charts to illustrate material; assists in laying out material for publication; and arranges for typing, duplication and distribution of material.
- Coordinate with internal partners to review and obtain feedback at various stages in project development.
- Possess a minimum of four years' work experience in writing professional documents.
- Excellent written communication skills along with verbal and interpersonal skills required.
- Ability to effectively develop relationships; prioritization skills; detail orientation and ability to meet inflexible deadlines.

- BA/BS in Health, Communications, Marketing, or Technical Writing preferred
